To receive support, customers are required to provide an unboxing video so we can verify the condition of the product and proceed with the return request accordingly.
In case the product encounters issues during shipping such as damage, loss, or other problems, we are committed to refunding or exchanging the product promptly.

Once the issue is confirmed, the customer will be required to return the original product to us. We will not ask the customer to pay for the return shipping cost.
